Here we are, thousands of dollars and a bunch of flights later... Long distance is not for the weak!

Seif and Anna met at a wedding. Seif was on his way out when he saw Anna across the room. Seif quickly asked one of his aunts “Who’s that girl? She’s really cute,” to which the aunt replied, “Don’t be stupid, go for it!” (Shoutout to aunty Maysoon). Seif pulled up a chair next to Anna and they haven’t stopped talking since.

That decision led to many texts, calls and flights between Seif & Anna within the next 3 years. Anna was finishing up her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at CSU Fullerton, while Seif was still up north working at Gallery 41 Kitchen Bath & Design. Being in a long-distance relationship had its difficult moments but through open communication and the willingness to try, they made it work.

Throughout the years, Seif & Anna's love grew as they began to experience life together. Every moment between them was filled with joy and laughter. It became evident that they were meant to be together forever.

Fast forward to August 3rd, 2024, Seif took Anna on a scenic gondola ride through Long Beach, CA, which ended with a picnic proposal at the beach. He got down on one knee and she said YES! This moment was the beginning of the rest of their lives together.
